And produce the reports you require. We can produce just the basic ledgers, or the full service to include accounts preparation.

Invoice production
The simplest procedure is producing accurate invoices. PWL Bookkeeping can provide you Excel templates that will not only produce a good looking invoice but will also calculate VAT and create a record of all invoices created. This log could be used to record payments from your customer. Another sheet on the spreadsheet could be used to record the expenses and supplier invoices. From this information you have a basic book keeping system.
Manual or computerised accounts
PWL Bookkeeping offers a service where we can take all your invoices and receipts and can create a set of accounts for you. This can be a manual Excel spreadsheet or we can enter the information in to a standard accounting system. We can offer a one off service, a basic setup of an accounts package for you to run with - optionally we could go a month end service, though to complete services where we look after the accounts function for you. The choice is yours.
Sage line 50 training and installation
Your accountant will most likely recommend Sage. This comprehensive product will provide all the functionality you will need now or in the future. This means you may need the help of installation experts to help you install the software. Let PWL Bookkeeping help you install the software and then supply assistance on a when needed basis.
VAT returns
All VAT returns are now entered online. PWL Bookkeeping can act as your agent and can ensure that VAT returns are done in a timely fashion and if you subscribe to the direct debit facility that HM Revenue offer we can guarantee payments will be made on time in order to avoid any penalties accruing.
