With over 20 years experience in the customer service and hospitality industries, Louise is well aware of the high standards expected by today’s customers and how properly trained staff can help your business achieve these expectations. In 2003, after many years of hands-on experience, Louise decided it was time for a change. To allow her to pass on her extensive knowledge to others, she gained further qualifications and became a trainer. Since then she has been working closely with many local businesses to help identify and meet their training requirements, enabling them to achieve higher standards of service. With the recent changes to Scottish Licensing Legislation, it is essential that all staff working in Licensed premises in Scotland are properly trained. DG Training can offer the relevant courses to ensure compliance. DG Training offers the option of in-house delivery of all courses, allowing staff to carry out training within a familiar environment. Louise is also available to carry out Freelance Assessing and Internal Verification for NVQs in a range of occupational areas.

I use a range of bodywork therapies and techniques to alleviate problems such as: joint pain shoulder pain neck pain back pain knee pain muscle stiffness/tightness sciatic nerve pain rehabilitation/remedial techniques including muscle release muscle stretching muscle strengthening sports massage fascial release muscle energy techniques neuromuscular therapy trigger point therapy I will be offering kinesiology taping for specific sports and/or injuries I run baby massage classes for parents, with a specific class for fathers I will be offering both pre- and post- natal pregnancy massage, with advice for pain management in labour I can also offer advice on training programs, fitness, strength building and nutrition
