Nordic walking is a fitness technique that incorporates specially designed walking poles to work the upper part of the body as well as the legs whilst walking, making it a full body work out. It was first developed in Finland in the 1950s to help cross country skiers maintain their fitness. By using the specially designed poles, people can use all the major muscles in the body burning more calories than ordinary walking, even though the poles make it feel easier!

I am an independant saddle fitter and fit and check all saddles but specializie in the Saddle Company saddles. Which are fully adjustable so will fit any horse and can be altered to suit a horses sessional weight/muscle change. I have a saddle company re-templating machine so can make alterations on site. I carry a few demo saddles and an Equilibrium massage pad which can really help with sore backs or tension. I also do reiki.

Elgin Youth Cafe is open for secondary school age young people. There are 3 Youth Workers and a number of volunteers who provide support and activities for young people. We offer a safe place for young people to come and relax with their mates and to meet new people.
