I have been doing crafts for many years for family and friends, which I love doing, so I thought I would do more and make some pocket money along the way, doing something I love. All products are handmade and there is a vareity of products on offer from necklaces, bracelets, earrings, wine charms, bookmarks, headbands, clasps, candles, bag/mobile/zip tags, keyrings, dummy/pram clips and wooden shapes/plaques. New items will be added all the time. There will be some one of a kind pieces added from time to time, I maybe able to create similar but some of the beads may no longer be available, so alternatives can be used. Most of the pieces will be made to order so please understand beads and materials may need to be ordered. If jewellery and items need to posted, postage and packaging prices will be added. Products can be paid by paypal, if you do not have paypal then please let me know and other payment methods can be arranged. Payments must be made upfront. If you have something in mind you would like making, or a particuluar theme/colour in mind please contact me and I will do my best to please.

It is universally understood that performance is directly affected by diet. A well planned eating strategy will help support any training programme, whether you are training to get fit or training to improve competition results. Equally it will promote efficient recovery between workouts and reduce the risk of illness or overtraining, and help you achieve your best performance! Everyone has different nutritional needs and there is no single diet that fits all. Some athletes require more calories, protein or vitamins than others; and each sport has its unique nutritional demands. It is important that you know and understand these requirements in order to reach your optimum performance level ultimately resulting in the ability to compete at the highest level. I am fully aware of the effects a diet lacking in different nutrients can have on a person’s performance or general health. It is for this reason I am 100% motivated to give my full attention to ensure you achieve your goals and perform at your best! Whenever you exercise you lose fluid, both through sweat and water vapour in the air you breathe out. When fluid losses become high and are not replaced quickly, dehydration will follow. This will have an adverse effect on performance and health. All advice given is tailored to your individual needs making them specific to your sport and personal needs. _______________ Services Available _______________ - Consultation Whether you want to improve your general health or want to improve your sporting performance a consultation will be an ideal start for you. Prior to meeting, you will complete a questionnaire to allow me to see what your lifestyle is like and what you are looking to achieve from working with me. Following this, we will then meet in person and have a consultation that will last up to an hour. We will then review the results of your questionnaire, your goals and then develop a plan for realising them. You will then have the option to discuss further services that can assist you with achieving your goals. Dietary Analysis -------------------- You will record a detailed diary of your food and fluid intake including weights/measurements of each. I will then use a computer programme to work out your individual nutrient intake. By knowing the nutrient content of your diet I am able to find out if you are eating enough, not enough or too much to help you achieve your goals and improve your performance. You will also be required to fill out a questionnaire that will allow me to calculate various important factors relating to your diet and lifestyle which will let me tailor the report to your specific requirements. Following the analysis you will receive:- • A report with a detailed assessment of your consumption of the various nutrients, including graphs and figures and an explanation as to what it all means. • Fact sheets (where appropriate) providing you with practical advice on making the necessary changes to your diet to help you meet the nutritional requirements and achieve your goals. Diet Plan + Advice ----------------------- You will first be required to complete a questionnaire to allow me to see what your lifestyle and attitudes to food/drink and various other nutritional factors are. This will give me a more personal knowledge of you; this will allow me to create a plan that is specific to you. This plan will include the following: • Information on your calorie needs • Information on you carbohydrate needs • Information on your protein needs • Information on your fat needs • Information on hydration needs • Information on competition planning to help you understand what is required. *All of these are tailored to your individual needs and those of your specific sport and goals* Hydration Analysis ----------------------- It is vital that you know how much you should be drinking to make sure you are adequately hydrated. This will not only be beneficial for sporting performance but also for your everyday health. This will include you making a diary of all fluids you have drank and also meeting up before and after a training session/competition to enable me to work out your sweat rate, this will allow me to make your hydration plan specific to the conditions and sport that you are competing in. From working out your sweat rate it will allow me to see how much you should be drinking in order to maintain adequate hydration and optimize performance and give you a better idea of how you can make sure you are adequately hydrated. Competition Planning (Pre, During and Post Competition) ---------------------------------------------------------------------- It is very important that you have an effective nutrition and hydration plan in place whether it be running a 10k for charity or competing in a major tennis tournament, a properly planned nutrition and hydration plan can make a big difference to your ability to perform longer and at the optimum level. With this I will design a personalised plan that is tailored to your individual needs and those required for your sport. Cooking and Shopping Assistance ----------------------------------------- o Food labelling and shopping can be a problem for some people as it can be confusing to understand nutritional information on packaging.
