Our front of house staff aim to deliver a fast, friendly and professional standard of service throughout your visit and our team of chefs will deliver delicious dishes. Owner Phil Godden is local to Folkestone and grew up around the harbour area. He and his team have over 30 years of combined experience in the industry. James Pearce, the head chef, has a particular love for Italian food and has worked in various restaurants in London and the South East and hopes to bring a touch of the Mediterranean to Folkestone. Andrew Wintie will be fronting the team at Blooms. His enthusiasm; passion for customer service, food and drinks mixology is second to none. The menu will comprise of appetisers ranging from marinated olives to seaside bites with starter courses such as grilled sardines and risotto rice balls. For main courses there will be choices such as fritto chicken, pressed pork belly, creamy garlic mussels, creamy gorgonzola rigatoni, avocado and pancetta salad. We will also have lunch and evening daily specials as well as fresh home-made desserts for you to choose from. The cocktails at Blooms bring together fresh ingredients and exotic flavours to create top quality drinks that will seduce all palettes. Freshly made to order, each cocktail is skilfully crafted by our team.
