Dancing For Birth classes incorporate dance moves from around the world that best prepare you to give birth and move with your baby. You'll become stronger, more agile, more at ease with your body and both mentally and physically ready to embrace your unique birth experience. You'll learn birth dancing moves inspired by Belly dance, African dance, Latin dance and Caribbean dance. It's a feel-good workout that challenges yet relaxes and uplifts you. Christine Blance is a Science Graduate with a particular interest in Biological Sciences. She taught for many years in mainstream schools and lectured to adults but decided to specialise in teaching dyslexics. In 1988 she obtained a British Dyslexia Diploma (B.D.A. Dip) and became a Peripatetic Special Needs Teacher in First, Middle and High Schools. She now teaches privately in the North East. Over the years Chris has designed much of her own teaching material, producing a structured Diagnostic Spelling and Reading System which she uses on all of her pupils. Parts of this system have been published. Her three books, called "Spelling Success" have been bought nationally and internationally by schools, colleges, dyslexia associations, bookshops and private homes since the mid-nineties.
