OUR ROLE Obtain and maintain a balanced, reflective and representative membership of the local community Bringing together community members on a regular basis in order to address community issues of common concern Develop lines of communication, structures and relationships with residents; service providers and other community organisations to ensure that agreed actions are taken forward for the betterment of the local area To promote and contribute to the physical, social and economic regeneration of the community OUR AIMS Reflect and represent the views of all community members, regardless of age, health sex, creed or religion, helping them to achieve the best possible quality of life Raise awareness and inform community members of social developments Work to raise and promote a positive profile of the area, reflecting and increasing the pride of those who live and work in the community Secure better value for money through smarter investment, simplified delivery chains and high quality partnerships Identify and support ways in which to improve and protect both the local natural and built environment Respond to new agendas and initiatives when necessary to reflect the short, medium and long term needs of the community. To encourage projects, which will to improve and enrich the quality of life with the community We need members of the local community to help us by making us aware of local issues and concerns. You are welcome to attend our monthly meetings which are held on the first tuesday of each month at Osais academy 6pm. we request that any issues with our working partners are communicated through our meetings or our email address to enable One Voice to balance working relationships effectively. Any posts stating opinions about any of our working partners will be removed as a reflection of this request

This facility is open to the public free of charge we asked that our code of conducted is resepected by all users please not the gates will be locked at 7pm Code of Conduct 1.Immingham Town Council Skate Park is provided for the enjoyment and use of skateboard riders, in-line skaters, scooters and BMX riders. 2.Council prohibits the use of toddler vehicles and any sort of motorised vehicle 3.Council prohibits glass and litter at the facilities. Please use the bins provided. This is your facility, please look after it. 4.Skate park signs indicate the hours of permitted use. 5.Helmets, pads and protective equipment should be used at all times. 6.Users must respect each other at all times and be tolerant of those with less skill than themselves. 7.Skate only in the designated park area. Please do not skate to and from the park itself. 8.Respect our neighbours. 9.Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a guardian or parent. 10.No food or drink to be consumed on the skating area itself. 11.No alcohol to be consumed 12.No dogs allowed on the park 13.This is your facility designed and paid for by the public. Please keep it in good condition. 14.Do not place graffiti on the park, use the wall provided. 15.In an emergency call 999 and give the address as “HOMESTEAD PARK, CHURCH LANE IMMINGHAM”.
