AN EXTRAORDINARY EFFICIENT FIVE MINUTE SESSION ONCE A WEEK
The bioDensity system enables individuals regardless of prior conditioning, to achieve maximum load delivery within a 5 minute session once a week. Each session requires a trainer to log onto the clients account and adjust their personal settings.
The bioDensity exercises are inherently safe because the user creates the load being imposed on the body and has direct and immediate control of the loading. Therefore, the user is ‘self-loading’ the muscles, tendons, bones and other connective tissue. Each exercise is done at the strongest point within the client’s range of motion to allow maximum force production and loading.
Research has shown that strength increases from isometric exercises are directly related to the intensity of muscle contraction (amount of muscle tension and load produced). Therefore, the higher the level of muscular tension and self loading, the greater the increase in strength.
The maximum load delivery is attained through a process involving 4 isometric exercises; bench press, leg press, pull down and dead lift, each exercise having a 5 to 10 second count, which means intensity with powerful results.
THE PERFORMANCE RESULTS REPORT
State-of-the-art bioDensity load sensors and database management system provides an accurate measurement and tracking of each session. With Real Time Feedback, a client can view their target goal and performance of force production as it occurs on the Performance Application Screen.
With completion of the 4 exercises the personal trainer will print a Performance Results Report.
This graphical presentation of session history accurately measures and documents results for the current session and cumulative strength increases since beginning the program.
The personal trainer is able to analyze the report to provide realistic goals for the client to work towards based on their performance, noting any areas of improvement needed. The Performance Charts reported are an immediate and powerful tool to optimize isometric exercise results and provide a healthy self-comparison.
