The most common problems with static & touring caravans is a rotten floor area - usually around doorways but also found around fires/flues and sky lights. Condensation is a Caravan Owners' WORST NIGHTMARE but - FEAR NOT - a rotten floor can be replaced quickly and inexpensively. Too many vans are sent to the van graveyard for no good reason other than some rot to the flooring - disposing of vans can be costly - both to you and the environment but a simple floor refurb can give your holiday home a new lease of life.
