What is Power Yoga?
Strong physical poses that will strengthen and tone the entire body whilst improving balance and flexibility
What is Chill Yoga?
A mixture of meditation techniques, breathing techniques and relaxation techniques, with some very gentle postures
What is Total Yoga?
A balanced blend of Chill Yoga and Power Yoga.
What is Dude Yoga?
A Yoga class for men only.
