Tina Hobin - Belly Dance
St. Peter's Church Hall, Meredith Green, Birchen Coppice,
Kidderminster
,
Tina pioneered Middle Eastern Dance in the UK, not only as a beautiful art form, but also as a safe and effective way of improving women's general health and wellbeing.
Affectionately known as "the mother of the belly dance", Tina is acknowledged as an authority on the subject in the UK and overseas through performing, writing and teaching. She is reputed to be one of the most patient and consistent fun-loving tutors and has successfully combined the considerable health aspects of the dance together with exercise and entertainment.
Belly dancing improves posture, lessens tension and depression and helps those with the early stages of arthritis and endometriosis. It also eases lower back pain, IBS and many other health problems. It is great exercise for those with fibromyalgia and is not surprisingly the oldest childbirth preparation in the world.
Lessons every Tuesday.
