Hi, My name is Clare Cairney, I am forty nine years old, I have three children and I live just outside Motherwell, North Lanarkshire, Scotland.
I'm the founder of voluntary organisation Healthy Happy Humans (www.healthyhappyhumans.org) which I set up a few years ago with the aim of providing affordable and accessible services for adults and children around healthy lifestyle choices.
With years of experience in the field of adult and child healthy weight I have developed a number of resources to support individuals, employers, educators and third sector community services.
My aim is to develop a support network across sectors which people who struggle with achieving a healthy weight can access.
My experience is that a major issue for people is time management in terms of making the most healthy choices around exercise and nutrition and with monitoring weight.
To combat this difficulty having support within the workplace and within accessible community venues will help with this aspect of weight management.

Healthy Meal Choices And Daily Guidance Booklet, 'Forming New Habits For a Healthier Life'
The meals contained within this booklet were developed with the understanding of low income families and least accessibility of choices for shopping.
Supporting Your Child To Reach A Healthy Weight Booklet.
This has been written to support parents and guardians around the day to day issues they may encounter while supporting their child/ren and signposts to available services which are age dependant.
One of the aims in writing the booklet was to pass it on to the wider family and friends from whom parents/guardians need support. This is available as an eboook as well as printed version.
Weight Record Cards. These carry basic information and should be completed during weigh ins.
