Northumbria Muay Thai with coach Craig Jose. Training is on Mondays and Thursdays 16.00-18.00 in Lipman Gym at Northumbria University. Open to all levels from beginners to advanced. Classes are mixed so ladies feel free to come down. No booking is necessary, just turn up on the day. The cost is £3.00 per 2 hour session for students and for non-students £5.00.
