Bloomberg Assessment Test at The University of Northampton
Are you looking for a job or internship and you don´t know where to start?
Would you like to make yourself visible to over 20,000 top financial companies and learn what they expect from you as a graduate?
Bloomberg L.P., the leading financial data and news provider, brings you the BLOOMBERG ASSESSMENT TEST (BAT) to help you identify your relevant career skills and showcase your abilities to over 20,000 employers worldwide, absolutely FREE OF CHARGE!
The BAT is a multiple choice test that evaluates your abilities as relative to a career in finance and then helps you to anonymously market yourself to employers via the Bloomberg Talent Search. Through the Talent Search employers can quickly identify and contact best fit candidates for their roles by searching on the sections of the test that are relevant to their specific job opportunity.
As different employers are interested in varied skill sets, students do not need to be experts on all sections of the BAT in order to be contacted! Over 80,000 students have taken the BAT in over 1,000 universities around the world and in the past three months over 8,000 BAT test takers have been contacted by companies to discuss job opportunities. Companies actively recruiting BAT test takers include (but are not limited to) : TeachFirst, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, AIG, Kellogg Company, Robert W. Baird, European Commission, Guggenheim Partners, Macro Risk Advisors, BP, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, Fitch Rating, FTI Consulting, Hamilton Lane, Pierpont Securities, and RBS.
