Situated close to the coastal path, in a quiet lane leading off the steep hill down to the cove, this single-story detached property is decorated and furnished to a high standard, and has full electric central-heating. Panoramic picture windows along the entire seaward side of the property enable you to enjoy the fabulous views whatever the weather or season. A well-equipped kitchen leads through to the open plan living area, where a pebble-effect electric fire provides a glow on cooler days and the leather suite offers comfort in this 'room with a view'. The master en suite bedroom, also on the seaward side, allows you to wake up to the sight and sound of the ocean. The terrace and enclosed garden, with a dramatic vista, are the ideal places to while away the hours, perhaps enjoying an al fresco meal following a day of surfing, walking or building sandcastles. Alternatively, a gallery, cafés, and an excellent beachside restaurant can all be found within the heart of the village - perfect! Currently, 49% of the weeks booked since the first guests were welcomed in 2010 have been booked by those staying at Broadsands more than once, and total bookings have included guests from Australia, Canada, Germany, The Netherlands, Norway and South Africa.
