The Peterhead Running Festival is an event for all the family. At the Running Festival there is something for everyone - school pupils (Primary 1 to Secondary Year 2) can take part in Shell Schools Runs, Over 13s and upwards can Walk, jog or Run the Shell 5km, Over 17s can take part in the Peterhead Half Marathon. We also a Primary Seven A Sides Football tournament, Peterhead Football Club Open Day other entertainment including Charity Stall next to the Running Track, plus a Childrens Play Area -bouncy castle, face painting etc. . All profits from day will go to Scottish Spina Bifida Assocation and other local good cause!! Please put this date in your calendar and invite your friends to join you!!

Creation Station is a business that is passionate about CREATIVITY! We believe in providing children with the opportunity to use their imaginations and have fun. The sessions are led by two mums who feel there isn't much out there in the local area of Peterhead for parents/carers to interact with their children. Creation Station provides just this!! We are giving parents/carers the chance to engage with their children through hands on activities whilst not having to worry about cleaning up the mess! My sister Lynne and myself, Karen get really excited about running each and every session. Lynne has three daughters, Hannah, 5, Hollie, 3 and Haylee, 1. She is a Primary Teacher with over nine years experience in all stages of the primary school. I have three children, Carter, 6, Harvey, 4, and Leonie,1. I have worked in the Oil and Gas Industry for over 15 years and although I loved my challenging roles throughout this time, becoming a mum has changed my priorities. We love planning fun and exciting indoor and outdoor activities for our children and we feel running this business is the ideal solution as we get to continue having fun with our children and are providing other parents/carers with the opportunity of joining in on the fun! Also enabling the children the chance to interact and learn from one another.
