Scottish Animal Art by Nicole Connelly

Scottish Animal Art by Nicole Connelly

I am an artist who mainly paints and draws animals and wildlife. My style is generally realistic and delicate, although I do like to exaggerate colours and add character to my drawings and paintings. I have been enthusiastic about art and amazed by animals from a young age and I have been lucky enough to be taught by some of the best art teachers in Scotland. Last year I achieved an A grade in my intermediate 2 Art and Design exam. Art is my passion and love working with graphite pencils and Promarker pens, although I also use acrylic paints and pastels. In my art I am to create realistic and accurate pieces of work that capture an animal’s personality. I mostly draw or paint pets, although I am able and willing to draw any animal you would like me to, and I can use any material too. I can also do sculptures of your pet or desired animal. The clay I use is air- hardening. I use the highest quality materials I can afford to and quality and customer satisfaction are my top priorities! Private commissions are most welcome :) Prices will vary depending on the style and materials you would like me to use. (A detailed A4 picture done in pencil will be more expensive than an abstract or choppy A4 painting done in watercolor paints) Prices are negotiable, although all A4 size paintings and drawing start at £20 Please email or private message me to discuss further. nicoleconnelly96@gmail.com A photo or photos of the animal or animals you would like me to paint will be required and examples of the style you would like me to paint or draw in would be helpful. Thank you :)
