Wigan Athletic Supporters Club has provided a place for a pre and post match drink and travel to Wigan Athletic first team away games for its members for over 15 years. Last season we clocked up over 4500 miles, taking over 4,000 fans to away games and we are prepared for more in the coming season. We are a non profit making organisation and that allows us to keep the costs low for travelling to away games. Members of the Supporters Club enjoy the benefits of the Wigan Athletic Supporters Club Bar, which provides a safe place for fans to go a couple of hours before and after home games and is located behind the South Stand at the DW Stadium. Here food and drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) are available, plus the early or late games on Sky Sports will generally be shown in an extremely comfortable and welcoming Suite. We occasionally put on some form of entertainment and invite past and present players in to answer questions and mingle with members. Bookings for away travel, renewing or applying for membership and details of any Supporters Club Events are also available there. Last season the Supporters Club had over 1000 members and every year our support is growing. Join us early this season and qualify for a free limited edition Wigan Athletic Supporters Club metal pin badge. This offer is only available to the first 200 people who join us for the 2011/12 season.
