We are a stage/technical crew who specialise in the making and production of the technical and backstage aspects of the plays performd at the kingswood school corby! The team consists of 6 people: Head tachnician/lighting - Josh Miller, Sound - Jordan Carley, Curtain Operator - Ben Colston, Stage Manager - Ryan Mackie and 2 stage hands - Connor Johnstone and Reece Vince! The crew was made up only a few months ago when we started training up one of the many we have today. Of corse it has been a long, tireing journey but we have pushed through the first couple of stages with all of our crew trained to a high standard in our theatre. We have had a few drop out and a few gains for the good and bad but despite this we have pushed our way through the very first shows we did... They were - Bugsy Malone, Chicago, and a coursework dance show. These are among the many we hope to do in the years to come and we hope to do them all with great success following the first show we ever did! (Head Technician- Josh Miller) This crew is voluntary so are not paid but it comes with a great outcome in the future buisness area's! This gives the team an insight into the work of a fully operational, daily theatre and they can learn all the skills needed in the theatrical buisness! And following on - best of all they all enjoy what they do and we all get along!
