Welcome to SCS Recruitments Facebook page. Our "short description" gives an oversight of why we are here so let us try to shed more light on ourselves.
Forged through the expertise of Jay Ramage and Paul Berry, SCS has been established to provide labour for a range of industries, from Nuclear to Construction.
We could give you some clichés but it’s a waste of the internet, instead just have our word that we will do all that is within our power to get you into work.
Or if you are looking for a workforce then know we take care of all the "clerical" work possible, we don't want you signing papers for days when you could be doing something useful like interacting with your new staff!
I suppose we should now show you our staff. The co-owners are Jay Ramage and Paul Berry, both bringing a variety of skills and experience to the company along with providing morale support to the staff ("I think the word you’re looking for is 'immoral'" - Dean) and, occasionally, our clients!
Both Jay and Paul strive to provide anything and everything for all our clients (contractor or worker) and are not against joining in doing the clerical tasks ("Yeah, when there actually in the office" - Kay) so don't be surprised if your call is answered directly by them.
Kay is the Office Manager, as she is knowledgeable in every aspect of the company she oversees the staff and ensures we all stay on deadline time along with regularly making contact with all our clients ("And killing the dull moments!" - Kirsty)
Kirsty is the newest member of staff, she hasn't been here long but she has already made a big impact on the company by bringing a plethora of new skills ("And new banter!" - Paul) and getting stuck in to every task handed to her, even if she doesn't know what shes doing!
Dean is the baby of the team, if he ever does get round to doing his job ("More like everyone else's job!" - Dean) he can be found tinkering with databases, emails and everything computer based. He maintains his good manner and looks ("Why did we let him type his own description?" - Jay) whilst assisting all the staff and (trying) to keep the Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn all up to date.
