The Kings Chalet Holiday Park is an attractive and very well maintained park with spaced out chalets and "Chez Shells Chalet" is located at the bottom of a small hill in the park nestling up to the woods immediately next to the chalet. On level parking at the rear of the property equates to easy access. The Surrounding area includes: Lighthouse, pier, promenade, woods, children's' play area (swings, climbing frame, zip line), football pitches, meadow, beach, cliff top walks, golf links, Cromer town, Overstrand village.
