Brookhouse Mill, situated in Denbigh, North Wales, is a busy restaurant and bar which boasts a fine ala carte menu using Welsh produce. Brookhouse Mill is the ideal venue for any occasion, from an intimate dinner for two to a splendid 70 guest wedding. Brookhouse Mill is a 17th Century mill with an atmospheric restaurant which features many of the old mills cogs and wheels downstairs. Yet a modern touch has been added with a first floor conservatory, an area of private dining, which overlooks the river and gardens.
We also have a fine reputation of outside catering at our beautiful riverside site and at homes across the North Wales area. We cater for weddings, charity balls and private parties for up to 200 guests. With 25 years experience of weddings receptions we can advise you on details from your first ideas to the final last minute preparations. You can relax in the knowledge that your guests will be looked after by our dedicated team, who will take great care in hosting your special day to the highest quality. Your wedding reception is extremely important to us, we insist upon only the best freshest, personally sourced local produce. Our chefs then transform these products into a tempting menu that will leave you, quite literally bowled over whether it is a buffet, three course meal or gourmet BBQ. Our Wedding Marquee is a beautiful setting for a country wedding, allowing the bride to create a venue that reflects her own style and theme of the day itself. As accomplished outside caterers for over ten years, we decided 2006 was the year to compliment our outside catering business with a fabulous frame clear span marquee. We have a 30ft wide marquee of varying sizes to suit a reception from 60 to 200 guests. We have our own site by the riverside set in the farm paddock across from the mill. Alternatively we can bring this venue to your own home so you can keep that intimate wedding feel for 150 guests! A site visit at your chosen venue will ensure we can assess your requirements successfully. We can also organise, luxury toilet facilities, heating and entertainment and have good relations with many wedding florists, photographers and wedding cars.
