Our holiday home is really beautiful. It's extra long at 39 feet, sleeps 8 and has three bedrooms. Situated on one on of the loveliest spots on the site, we enjoy extra room between each caravan whilst remaining close to the Parks superb amenities. There is a flower garden along the side of the balcony which makes it all look very pretty. Through the full length front windows you get great views over Filey Bay and the North Sea. The caravan is only let for a small part of the year and is very well loved and cared for which is reflected in both it's cleanliness and the quality of the extras included. Our caravan is furnished to the highest of standards. *The caravan is on the very popular 5* Primrose Valley site, which is packed with lots of things to do for all the family, (please see our amenities on park page) situated on the quieter side of the park in a quiet cul-de-sac area on a larger than average private plot at Magnolia Court. *Our caravan is perfect for families and couples. Just a short walk to most sports facilities, High ropes with zip wire, kart track, Cycle hire, the lakeside swimming pools, family funfair, crazy golf, laser combat, Aquabar and the boating and fishing lake, the new lake, Bus stops to Scarborough, Filey, Bridlington, Telephone box and more.
