A little bit about Albert Kennedy Trust: The Albert Kennedy Trust works with 16-25 year old lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans young people who are homeless or live in a hostile environment. Providing appropriate homes through supported lodgings, fostering and other specialist housing schemes. Enabling young people to manage independent living successfully. Improving attitudes within society towards lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans young people.

Raising awareness of this Li Yuan Chia s spirit: LYC MUSEUM AND ART GALLERY 1972-1983 As well as making his own art, between 1972-1983 Li organized the LYC Museum and Art Gallery in Cumbria. It was made in his own house, a small farm building originally, which he extended year by year with his own hands, until it contained a gallery, library, theatre, printing press, childrens’ art room and darkroom. LYC Museum was open to the public every day of the year and exhibited the work of more than 300 artists in its ten years of existence. Li designed and printed a catalogue for each one. A unique atmosphere was created at LYC. Li’s philosophy of art was his philosophy of life. His methods were simple and direct, but not simplistic. Welcome to JCK Movies film club, we are currently only doing kids film club at the moment and hope to bring in the adult film club within the new year, come and see the latest release's coming on dvd & bluray CARS 2, KUNG FU PANDA 2, THE SMURFS, and many many more, competitions, prizes and if its a special occasion a little suprise MEMBERSHIP: membership is £2.50 for the full year then its just £3.00 to watch the movies, a membership form can be requested by emailing the email address info@jckmovies.com please note that if you do not become a member watching a screening of a film will be £4.50.
