Longridge Old Station Buildings are situated in the heart of Longridge, by the old Preston to Longridge Railway line, which operated from 1840 to 1967. Longridge Station houses the hugely popular Old Station Café, as well as a Heritage Centre, exhibition space and Workstation - our business support centre. The Shamrock Dancers are now based at St Anthony's Annexe, Fulwood, Preston. The dance school is run by Jacqueline Drain, T.C.R.G., an experienced qualified teacher registered with An Coimisiún le Rincí Gaelacha – the largest governing body in Irish Dancing. Jacqueline has built up a successful school, with dancers competing in regional competitions and also at National and International events. The girls are also heavily involved in exhibition dancing. Dancing displays can be booked for charity events or private functions.
