Brathay Lodge, Ambleside, is a traditional English Lake District B & B which was originally built as two semi detached properties around 1890 . The property is of a contemporary style B & B. Situated towards central Ambleside, Lake District, Brathay Lodge is within a few minutes’ walk of over 30 eateries offering a wide range of cuisine. There are also numerous gourmet restaurants and inns within a short drive of Ambleside - something for all tastes and all budgets. For that reason we have decided to specialise in deluxe guest accommodation on a B & B basis only.

Rush clothing & Co is a family business in in the lovely village of Ambleside in the lake District. The Ladies, Helen, Karen, Tracey, Hannah, Madeleine,Hannah Eve-Elodie & Kacee and the Gentlemen, Ian and occasionally Dave, a dear friend who pops in most days and is fantastic at helping customers plan their walks in the area (10 years as mountain rescue volunteer and only lost once…you would have to ask him about that one…).
