WOW Science is run by Sue Martin. A qualified teacher, Sue graduated from Exeter University with an honours degree in Physics and Education. She became Head of Physics at Parkstone Grammar School in Poole, Dorset. After taking a break to bring up a family, Sue returned to teaching in primary education and became Deputy Headteacher at Talbot House Preparatory School in Bournemouth. Sue now specialises in developing exciting hands-on science experiences for children and delivering initial and CPD training for non-specialist primary school teachers. WOW Science offers a wide variety of services to help you deliver primary science education with a WOW factor! From January 2014, Sue will be Headteacher at St. Martin's School, Bournemouth. She plans to ensure that this lovely school will be at the forefront of primary science education in addition to continuing its enviable reputation as a caring, 'family' school of academic excellence which brings out the very best in every pupil. Sue will continue to offer CPD courses to teachers outside of school hours and to work with the Primary Science Teaching Trust to ensure the dissemination of best practice in primary science.

!That Craft Place is our great little Craft shop in Eastbourne. We stock a huge range of well known suppliers including Ranger, Spellbinders, Marianne Design, DoCrafts, Core'dinations, Crafters Companion, Martha Stewart, Hougie Boards, Hunky Dory, Sweet Pea Stamps, Vilda Stamps, Crafty Individuals, Creative Expressions, Belles and Whistles, Bildmalarna, Whimsey Stamps and many more! We even deliver if you live locally. Craft classes are held regularly for all levels of crafting, whether you are a beginner, wanting to learn the basics, or whether you want to learn new techniques using the Hougie board, heat embossing, resist techniques, "That Special Touch of Mica", distressing, using Promarkers and Spectrum Noir Pens, Watercolour pencils, altered art journals etc etc..... We have a class every Monday morning at 10 30am and on Wednesdays at the same time. We also have workshops on Saturdays for those who work during the week. We pride ourselves on our good customer service and the ability to try many of our products before you buy them. We try to keep up with the current trends and have a fully stocked shop. Come and have a browse around the shop, join a class or just pop in for a chat and a cuppa! You will always receive a very warm welcome.
