Located in the small parish of Offcote, the barns are just 2½ miles away from the market town of Ashbourne, which, apart from its historic buildings and cobbled market place, offers a good selection of shops and cafés. Other places of interest within driving distance include Chatsworth House, Carsington Water, Alton Towers, Churnet Valley Steam Railway and Bakewell, as well as NT attractions such as Kedleston Hall (9 miles), Dovedale which is great for walkers (7 miles), Haddon Hall and Sudbury Hall.
