Care Providers
We provide Residential Care, Supported Living and Domiciliary Care to adults with complex care needs connected to ASD, Aspergers, Mental Health Difficulties, Learning Disabilities, results of Head Injuries and clients with medical needs such as Epilepsy and Diabetes, Care for Elderly People, Palliative/End of Life Care and Community Support.
Our staff receive appropriate training to enable them to work with young people, adults, the elderly and to assist with domiciliary care.
Training Provisions
We offer training opportunities to other care providers at our training venue in Bridgwater. Our training rooms are also available for private hire.
Our staff
All of our staff are subject to enhanced CRB checks, reference checks and are trained to a high standard as detailed in The National Minimum Standards. We also provide our staff with specific training to meet the needs of our clients.
Some of the the training we provide covers Health & Safety, First Aid, Working with Vulnerable People of all ages, Issues of Sexuality, Anger Management, Protection of Vulnerable Adults, NAPPI, Working with Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Working with Epilepsy, Diabetes, Epi-Pen and Mental Health Training. These are just a few of the areas that our staff receive ongoing training with.
The majority of our staff are trained and qualified to use British Sign Language.
Interventions
Our staff are trained to work with clients that display challenging behaviour and we use NAPPI (Non-Abusive Psychological & Physical Intervention) Techniques www.nappiuk.com
CQC

Our Offices are based in Bridgwater - however we currently cover a large local area or surrounding towns and villages.
