WHAT - Functional training focuses on natural movements of the body. In YOUR workout we incorporate exercises that target these movements. They are push, pull and leg movements. By using equipment that is innovative and almost primitive we make you LEANER, FASTER, STRONGER and above all HEALTHIER!!!

Our qualifications include, Bsc Hons degree in SPORTS PERFORMANCE and COACHING, LEVEL 3 ADVANCED DIPLOMA in PERSONAL TRAINING but more importantly we're passionate about every aspect of training and relish in the results of helping people to achieve what THEY want.
