One of the marine service areas which we specialise in is the construction of yacht rigging such as shrouds, backstays, forestays and all standing rigging. We can carry out all popular rigging jobs, from the renewal of one item of rigging to a complete re-rig. We have a fully equiped rig shop and our rigging staff have years of valuable experience, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest possible standards.
The stainless steel fittings and wire rope which we use are of the highest standards. Whether you are a committed racer or a part time cruiser we have an extensive range of wire rope and terminals for your standing riggnig and an equally extensive range of dyneema, vectran, braid on braid etc for your running rigging, not to mention whatever deckware you may require as well.

Aquashak also specialises in custom made boat covers. These are made in house by our experienced team of stitchers who always maintain an extremely high standard of workmanship. We only use the best quality materials, fittings and components which have been specifically designed to withstand the extreme weather conditions experienced in the marine industry. Therefore none of our finished products are compromised by sub-standard materials.

Our final area of expertise is our sea safety devision. Aquashak is an approved life raft service centre for Avon, Zodiac and Ocean Safety liferafts. We our also an approved service centre for all Jonbuoy Recovery Products and Ocean Safety lifejackets. All our service staff are fully trained and certified technicians for all of these sea safety products and regularly attend all service updates to ensure we retain our approved service station recognition. We also invite our customers to call in with us and see their life rafts whilst they are being serviced. Our technicians will talk you through all the operating features of your raft.
