Boot Camp and Personal Training with Holleen
We meet at the Rec car park at 9.15 to start for 9.30. We start with a general warm up including power walking, jogging & skipping.
The lesson consists of cardio and body weight exercises which is an aerobic workout which burns calories, tones and defines muscle. We make use of the local equipment ie. park benches which are great for tricep dips, those dreaded bingo wings!
I supply the mats just bring yourselves, water and I'd advise to wear gloves.
