Sugar Spun Bunting Hire
SUGAR SPUN BUNTING HIRE TERMS & CONDITIONS **PLEASE READ**
Bunting hire starts at £7.50 per 5m string - that's a highly competitive rate of £1.50 per metre!
Deposit and Payment - When placing your order, we will ask you for a deposit. The size of the deposit depends on the size of the order, but generally will be between 50p and £1 per metre. The deposit confirms your order, however full payment should be made no less than 14 days before the start of the hire period. Your deposit is fully refundable when the bunting is returned, within the agreed hire period, and in good condition.
Delivery and Returns: If you're local to us, you are welcome to stop by to collect your bunting. If you can't make it to sunny Kent, we will arrange for your bunting to arrive by courier. The cost of delivery will depend on the size of the order, and we will shop around to find the best deal! Orders will need to be signed for, and we request that you send the bunting back to us in the same way in order to minimise losses.
Hire Duration: The hire period is 5 DAYS (longer hire periods can be offered, drop us a line via email and we'll sort something out!). The bunting needs to be returned by end of play on day 5, or you may incur a late fee (this is to ensure other customers aren't left bunting-less and cross).
Damages: Please don't try to fix any damaged bunting yourself! Return it to Sugar Spun Bunting and we'll see what we can do. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF IT GETS DAMAGED! Of course we understand that it may get wet (this is Britain, after all!). If this occurs, please let us know as soon as possible so it can be laundered when it returns. We understand that some wear and tear is unavoidable. However, if bunting is returned to us with significant damage, then we reserve the right to withhold some of your deposit to cover repair costs.
