Loughborough Futsal
Futsal became part of Loughborough Football in the 2006/7 season under Head Coach Tom Curtis, Director of Football James Ellis and initial management of Idafe Perez, winning the Leicestershire League and the bronze medal in the first BUSA Futsal Championship. Between 2008 and 2009, already under current manager Michael Skubala, Loughborough made history winning the University Championship, taking part as foundational member of the National League, qualifying for the League Finals and making it to the FA Futsal Cup Final.
Over time the club has produced several Universities Representative Team internationals, and Full International capped players such as Michael Lyons, Jack Robinson, Matt Aldred, Neil Morgan, Will Rooke, Jon Kurrant and Eric Ramsay, with several others involved in the England set-up, like Rob Webb and Seth Burkett.
