Southampton Solent University Rowing Club is one of the longest running clubs at the university. The club has had a very successful 2010/11 season, claiming 32 medals making it one of the most successful sports teams within the university. The 2011/2012 season improved on these results by having the mens fresher 8+ claim gold at the BUCS Regatta in Nottingham. The club is based on the Itchen river and shares facilities with Coalporters rowing club and has a variety of boats from single sculls right up to sweep 8s. Training is on various days to suit student timetables.

Founded in 2002, the University of St Andrews Polo Club prides itself on being one of the largest and most active sports clubs with over 120 members. We offer polo at a variety of levels and at competitive prices, as well as a vibrant social scene. Whether you've only ever seen a horse from afar or are already a handicapped player, there is a myriad of playing opportunities available to you throughout the year. Additionally, if you prefer to enjoy polo from the sidelines, we encourage social membership. Please watch this space for events, news and information.
